Una Venta en la Clase
This trimester, students in Spanish Novice High School practiced their speaking skills as much as they could through the use of role playing games and scenarios. This projects was a perfect examples of the type of activities students routinely did throughout the trimester. It involved applying new grammar points, such as using demonstrative adjectives and pronouns; creative writing, working as a team and speaking! Here students had to work together to create a scenario around having a class sale. Students picked a few items from their home and came up with a dialogue allowing them to use all the demonstratives adjectives and pronouns we had been studying. Finally, students practiced, memorized and then performed their scenes for the rest of the class.
