Mi Restauant - FASE #1: Propuesta del restaurante (I1 HS)
In in the first phase of the Mi Restaurant project, students did some preliminary research, in order to find out what kind of restaurant they wanted to create, which food they wanted to serve, and for which clientele.
Student gathered this information, as well as descriptions of the region in which their restaurant would be located (with a map), and descriptions and photos of typical specialties of said regions.
