Connect the Dots Blog Posts

Our main math research project of the trimester was our Connect the Dots project. Students investigated the “Connect the Dots” protocol, a mathematical process of connecting circular-patterned dots and observing the shapes that are made as a result. This seemingly simple technique is, upon closer look, full of exciting mathematical principles; students investigated these by crafting their own conjectures and conducting research into them.
