Botany Research Posters
This trimester, students learned about a variety of ways to present their work; through oral presentations, written reports, and posters. For this final medium, students honed their research skills by using websites and books to research a plant of their choice in depth. Students researched how the plant grows and reproduces, how it has uniquely adapted to its environment, and other fun facts about it. They then gathered this information into a digital poster, which was printed and presented by the students at the DPSS (DRIMAS Plant Science Symposium).
Below you will find each student’s plant poster. Click through the slideshow on the right to see the students in action as they present their posters to peers and Meridian staff at the DPSS!
