Literature Circle Projects
For this project, students chose books that interested them and read them in small groups with classmates. During each of their meetings, each student fulfilled a different role, including illustrator, quoter, researcher, and vocabulary finder. When they finished the book, students generated creative projects in a medium of their choosing to reflect their thoughts about the book. As you’ll see below, these projects include new book cover designs, sequels to the books, infographics, news analysis, video essays, and even writing a new version of a famous punk song!
